Welcome to StatusPilot. By accessing or using the platform at statuspilot.live, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.
1. Overview
StatusPilot is a travel loyalty optimization platform that helps users analyze credit card points and loyalty program balances to find optimal flight, hotel, and lounge redemption opportunities. StatusPilot provides informational recommendations only and is not a travel agency, financial advisor, or booking service.
2. Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.
3. Subscription Tiers & Billing
Free Tier: New accounts begin with a 7-day trial of Pro features. After the trial, Free accounts are limited to 3 optimizer searches per day (top result only) and 2 lounge searches per month.
Pro Tier: Available as a monthly ($9/month) or annual ($79/year) subscription. Pro provides unlimited access to all features. Pricing is subject to change with advance notice.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from the platform. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are provided for partial periods.
4. Promotion Codes
StatusPilot may offer promotional codes from time to time. Codes are subject to specific terms and conditions at the time of issuance, are non-transferable unless stated otherwise, and may be revoked or modified at our discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its underlying infrastructure
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute StatusPilot's services or data
- Share a single account across multiple users
6. Informational Purposes Only
StatusPilot provides recommendations based on publicly available award charts, transfer partner data, and user-submitted information. Results are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial, travel, or investment advice.
Award pricing, availability, transfer ratios, and lounge access policies are determined by airlines, hotels, and credit card issuers and may change without notice. StatusPilot does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information presented. Always verify details directly with the relevant program before making booking or transfer decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the StatusPilot platform — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by StatusPilot and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatusPilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of points, miles, or rewards due to reliance on our recommendations
- Inaccurate award pricing or availability information
- Inability to access the platform due to service outages
- Unauthorized access to your account
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to StatusPilot in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
StatusPilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StatusPilot and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of StatusPilot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to StatusPilot at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) will survive.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
